SOMMELIER'S DESCRIPTION:

Shiny yellow color. The nose is expressive with notes of citrus, peach, apricot, and white flowers. The wine is round. A fruit bouquet with white flesh, supported by hints of roasted hazelnuts. Persistent length with a delicately woody finish.

Seafood such as oysters, shrimp, scallops, or mussels. Grilled or steamed fish, such as perch, sea bass, or pike-perch, are also a good choice. Poultry dishes like roasted chicken or turkey prepared with fresh herbs or light sauces. Soft or semi-soft cheeses such as fresh goat cheeses or soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
