At first glance, it has a clean and shiny coat, pale yellow with green reflections. The aroma is dominated by floral and fruity notes, with hints of pear, apple, lemon, and grapefruit. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with a silky texture and beautiful minerality.

Château du Rooy is located about a hundred kilometers east of Bordeaux in the Dordogne department, specifically in Bergerac. Since the year 2000, the vineyards have been continuously restructured, increasing the planting density. Already, 13.2 hectares have been designated for replanting vines. Château du Rooy is known for its ecological responsibility and the quality of its wines.
