Since taking over the family estate in 1993, Eric Leglise has been dedicated to practicing sustainable winemaking. The vineyards have never been weeded. Today, the vineyards are covered with flowers in spring, providing pollen and nectar to various pollinators, such as bees and bumblebees, which inhabit this original habitat. Around Château le Coteau, nearly 200 different species have been identified. Controlled aging in barrels gives the wines complexity and depth. These wines are delicate and elegant. HVE3 certification since the 2020 vintage.
