SOMMELIER'S DESCRIPTION:

Navy-red color. Nose with aromas of ripe, red fruits, jammy, and lightly smoked. Beautiful length, round and rich. The tannins are elegant and silky.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING:

Red meat, such as grilled steak, roast/beef goulash, roulade, duck or goose, as well as game. It will go great with roasted or stewed poultry, mushroom dishes, or mature cheeses.
