Manual

Baron de Boutisse is a carefully selected plot originating from Coteau des Bardes, from the family estate of Château Boutisse. In 1996, Château Boutisse was acquired by the Milhade family, winemakers from Libournais since 1938. This 25-hectare property is located on a unique plateau with clay-limestone soil in Saint-Émilion, representing the jewel of the family vineyard. 2020 marked the first year of the transition to organic production.
